What we do
Heating services we offer
-
Furnace Repair
A furnace that quits in January is not something to wait on. We diagnose and repair gas, electric and high-efficiency furnaces across every major brand.
Also in Abbotsford , Aldergrove , Burnaby , Coquitlam , Delta
-
Furnace Installation
A properly installed high-efficiency furnace is quieter, cheaper to run and more even from room to room than the unit it replaces.
Also in Abbotsford , Aldergrove , Burnaby , Coquitlam , Delta
-
Furnace Maintenance
Annual furnace maintenance is the cheapest insurance against a mid-winter breakdown — and it's a safety inspection as much as a performance one.
Also in Abbotsford , Aldergrove , Burnaby , Coquitlam , Delta

Furnace Replacement
Most furnaces last 15–20 years. When yours reaches the end, replacement is a chance to cut operating costs substantially — and to claim available rebates.

FAQ
Heating — common questions
Do you offer emergency furnace repair?
No-heat calls are our priority during the heating season. Phone us as early in the day as you can and we'll get you into the schedule.
What efficiency should I be looking at?
Modern condensing gas furnaces run 95%+ AFUE. In BC, the rebate programs and the operating-cost difference generally make high-efficiency the sensible choice.
How often does a furnace need servicing?
Once a year, ideally in early autumn before the heating season starts in earnest.
How long does a furnace last?
Typically 15–20 years with regular maintenance. Past that, efficiency drops and part availability starts becoming a problem.
What happens on a furnace service call?
We test ignition, gas pressure, airflow, the heat exchanger, venting and safety controls, then explain what we found and what it costs before any work starts.
When should I book a tune-up?
September or October. Booking before the first cold snap means you're not competing with everyone else's no-heat calls.
Do you work on boilers and hydronic systems?
Yes, alongside forced-air furnaces, heat pumps and electric heating.
What heating options do I have?
High-efficiency gas furnaces, electric and ducted heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, dual-fuel combinations and hydronic systems. Which is right depends on your home, your ductwork and what rebates you qualify for.
